Festival Runner is a free, personal project that helps filmmakers keep track of festival submissions. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Provided as is
Festival Runner is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Check the important things yourself
Festival Runner is a personal organizer, not an official source. Always confirm deadlines, fees, categories, rules, premiere requirements and results with the festival or the submission platform. Its numbers, countdowns and premiere checks are estimates based on what you enter and may be wrong.
Your data is your responsibility
Your data is stored on your device and, if you sign in, in your own Google Drive. You're responsible for keeping it safe and backed up. Use Settings → Download backup now and then. Browser storage can be cleared by your browser or device, and sync can fail or merge changes in ways you don't expect.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the developer of Festival Runner is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or other damages arising from using or being unable to use it. That includes missed deadlines, lost entry fees, lost opportunities and lost or corrupted data.
Your content
What you put in Festival Runner stays yours. Only upload images, such as festival laurels, that you have the right to use.
Other services
Festival Runner is an independent project, not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, FilmFreeway, Netlify or any festival. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners. Your use of Google services through the app is also covered by Google's terms.
Changes
Festival Runner and these terms may change, or the app may be discontinued, at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new date.
